VCG staff members are volunteers who are disabled veterans, spouses of veterans, former Veterans Administration employees and concerned community members. We strive to develop a genuine and lasting rapport with the veteran community members we serve. Why? Because we understand from firsthand experience the immense challenges many of them are facing. In addition, we believe these men, women and their respective families; have in many instances made the ultimate sacrifice, by placing themselves in harm’s way so others could be safe. These often selfless acts of heroism deserve, at the very least, the best efforts of those able to help them in their time of need.

Mr. Luqman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Veterans Concerned Group. He is a veteran of the United States Navy. His educational background includes Penn State University, Philadelphia College of Textiles & Sciences and the Community College of Philadelphia. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to Veterans their Dependents and the various challenges they face launched the vision for the Veterans Concerned Group. Mr. Jones serves as the Executive Director of the Veterans Concerned Group. He is a veteran of the U. S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. He is a Burlington County College Alumnus and staunch advocate of promoting a holistic approach to self-development. His career spans working with the Salvation Army, Family Alternatives and Mercy Hospital. His main interests involve working with veterans around claims and health and homelessness issues. He has received various awards for his dedication to the community.
