Our Story

Welcome to the Veteran’s Concerned Group. Our mission is to advocate for veterans and their dependents by assisting them as they navigate the Veterans Administration’s various benefits and claims processes. Why this mission and why us? Because the men and women who place their lives on the line and the families they leave behind deserve all the assistance they can get if and whenever they need it. Why us? Because some of us were your brothers and sisters in the field and we are now your brothers and sisters at home helping you get access to the benefits you have earned. Some of us are just grateful men and women who want to make sure you know how appreciative we are of all you have done. From healthcare, housing and education to job training and social events, the Veterans Concerned Group strives to help clear a path for the needs of Veterans and their dependents. We stand in support of those who stood in defense of us. Veterans Concerned Group, LLC was formed by CEO, Ernest Luqman, Executive Director Perry Jones and Director of Operations, William Simmons.

The Mission was to create a Non Profit 501(c) (3) Organization that advocates for veterans and their dependents by assisting them in navigating the overworked and under managed Veterans Administration benefits claims process. We help veterans: fill out the various forms for benefits; obtain information and evidence necessary to make a benefits claim; request an increase in benefits or request that previously denied claims for benefits are reopened. We also assist dependents of veterans with the benefits request process. In addition, we will assist or counsel veterans and their dependents on various social, economical and reorientation challenges they may face. This assistance or counseling will include referral to professional providers when the need is beyond the organizations expertise or ability to provide.
